{"id":2365,"date":"2026-03-19T01:48:28","date_gmt":"2026-03-19T01:48:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cms.fabulk.com\/blog\/?p=2365"},"modified":"2026-07-14T03:03:01","modified_gmt":"2026-07-14T03:03:01","slug":"terms-of-use","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cms.fabulk.com\/blog\/terms-of-use\/","title":{"rendered":"Fabulk Terms of Use"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Last Updated: 2026-7-3<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Platform Role &amp; Service Model<\/h2>\n<p>Fabulk operates as a <strong>cross-border sourcing and fulfillment coordination platform<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We provide <strong>intermediary services only<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Product sourcing assistance from third-party suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Order consolidation and procurement coordination<\/li>\n<li>Warehouse receiving, storage, and packaging services<\/li>\n<li>Optional inspection and photo documentation services<\/li>\n<li>International shipping coordination through third-party carriers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Important Clarification<\/h3>\n<p>Fabulk is <strong>not the seller, manufacturer, or importer of record<\/strong> of any goods purchased through the platform.<\/p>\n<p>All products are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supplied and fulfilled by independent third-party vendors<\/li>\n<li>Not owned by Fabulk at any point of sale<\/li>\n<li>Not manufactured, certified, or guaranteed by Fabulk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Payment Authorization<\/h2>\n<p>By completing payment, you explicitly authorize:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fabulk to act as your <strong>procurement and logistics agent<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The breakdown of your payment into: product procurement cost (paid to supplier), service fees (platform operation), and logistics and handling fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You acknowledge that this is a <strong>multi-service transaction<\/strong>, not a direct retail purchase from Fabulk as a seller.<\/p>\n<h2>Order Acceptance &amp; Fulfillment Confirmation<\/h2>\n<p>An order is considered accepted only when payment is successfully processed, procurement has been initiated, and supplier confirmation is received.<\/p>\n<p>Fabulk reserves the right to cancel or refund orders if goods are unavailable, and to replace items with user consent when necessary.<\/p>\n<h2>Inspection Service &amp; Limitation of Verification<\/h2>\n<p>If inspection service is selected, Fabulk may provide visual appearance check, quantity verification, packaging condition review, and photo or video evidence at warehouse level.<\/p>\n<h3>Inspection Limitations<\/h3>\n<p>You acknowledge that inspection is <strong>non-laboratory, non-certification level<\/strong>. We do not guarantee long-term durability, internal defects, manufacturer authenticity certification, or compliance with destination country standards. Inspection reports are <strong>evidence-based observations only<\/strong>, not warranties.<\/p>\n<h2>Risk Disclosure &amp; Acceptance<\/h2>\n<p>By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge that cross-border logistics may involve delays, customs may inspect or reject shipments, product appearance may differ from images, manufacturing variance may exist between batches, and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. These risks are inherent to international procurement and are accepted at checkout.<\/p>\n<h2>Shipping &amp; Risk Transfer<\/h2>\n<p>All shipments are handled by third-party logistics providers. Risk of loss transfers to the user once goods are handed to the carrier.<\/p>\n<p>Fabulk is not liable for carrier delays, customs seizures, local delivery failures, or lost parcels after dispatch.<\/p>\n<h2>Refund &amp; Chargeback Policy Alignment<\/h2>\n<p>Refunds are only eligible when the supplier fails to fulfill the order, item is confirmed unavailable, verified major discrepancy during inspection (if selected), or logistics failure occurs before shipment dispatch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Not eligible for refund:<\/strong> minor color\/size\/packaging variations, subjective dissatisfaction, customs\/carrier delays, issues not verified by inspection records.<\/p>\n<h2>Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabulk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Fabulk liability is strictly limited to service fees received for the order. Product-related claims must be directed to suppliers.<\/p>\n<h2>Governing Law<\/h2>\n<p>These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Fabulk\u2019s operating entity is registered.<\/p>\n<h2>Updates<\/h2>\n<p>We may update these Terms periodically.
